Donald E. Salser

Donald E. Salser, age 70, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on August 3, 2024, at Dubuque Specialty Care.  Per Don’s request, there will be no services held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Don’s family.

Don was born on August 16, 1953, a son to George E. and Katherine J. (Myers) Salser.  He kept life simple whenever possible and when he wasn’t working on his construction crew, you could usually find him perfecting his skills at the pool table, or baiting his hook for the next big catch of the day.  We will miss Don moving forward and are grateful for the time we had with him.

and Marla (Michael) Lange;

along with numerous extended family, friends, and neighbors.

Don was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Wilcox; his father, George Salser; his step-father, Douglas Wilcox; and his daughter, MaDonna.

Don’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Dubuque Specialty Care, especially their Hospice team, for all of their professional and compassionate care.
