Sandra J. “Peaches” Tigges, age 76, of Bernard, IA, completed her earthly journey on September 27, 2022, at Luther Manor while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Sandra’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Sandra’s family.

Marcilio D. “Marc” DeOliveira, age 72, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on September 24, 2022, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Marc’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Marc’s family.

Norma C. “Charlene” Anderson, age 83, of Cassville, WI, completed her earthly journey on September 24, 2022, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Charlene’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Alpena, MI.  Burial, with her husband Robert, will be in Alpena, MI, at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Charlene’s family.

Christie L. Priebe, age 66, of Asbury, IA, completed her earthly journey on September 21, 2022, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Christie’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Christie’s family.

Patrick E. Finn 91, of Dubuque passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Stonehill Care Center.  To honor Pat’s wishes there will not be a visitation or funeral. A private family graveside service will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Pat’s family.

Jason A. Munson, age 49, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on Sept. 3, 2022, at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, IA.  To honor Jason’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jason’s family.

Linda Ford-Johnson, 64, passed away on September 6, 2022, at home surrounded by family.  To honor her wishes, services will not be held at this time.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

There will be a private memorial service for the family at a later date.  Carol will be buried with her parents at La Plata Cemetery in La Plata, Missouri under the direction of Travis Funeral Chapel.

Deborah J. “Deb” Ostrander, age 70, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on August 26, 2022, at Stonehill Care Center, surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Deb’s life, an open-house will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. at Stonehill, 3rd Floor Household, 3485 Windsor Ave in Dubuque.  A committal service will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 10, 2022.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Deb’s family.

Mary F. Gordon, age 73, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on Sept. 2, 2022, at home, surrounded by her loved ones.  To honor Mary’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mary’s family.

Orville “Orv” L. Brothers, 74, of Kieler, WI, completed his earthly journey on Sept. 1, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. To honor Orv’s life, a visitation will be held from 3:00-8:00 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at the Immaculate Conception Parish Center, 3685 County HHH in Kieler, WI, including a prayer service officiated by Rev. Bart Timmerman at 7:30 p.m. Orv’s burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at the Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery with Rev. Bernie Rott officiating, followed by full military honors being accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League. The Jamestown Fire Department will also honor his 38 years of service. Following the ceremony, family and friends are invited to join us for lunch and “Orv*isms” at the Jamestown Park in Kieler.  

Betty J. Sprengelmeyer, age 72, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on August 30, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Betty’s life, a graveside committal will be held on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1111 Davis St, in Dubuque, with Rev. Calvin Konop officiating.  A Celebration of Life will be held following her graveside service from 3:00-7:00 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, in the Riverfront Pavilion at Eagle Point Park, 2601 Shiras Ave, in Dubuque.   The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Betty’s family.

Alan Dale England, age 61, of Dubuque, IA, passed away unexpectedly on August 22nd 2022 at his home.  To honor Alan’s life, a Celebration of Life, will be held on August 30th, 2022, from 5pm until 8pm, at the Eagles Club on Century Drive. Burial will be in the Antioch Methodist Cemetery in Columbia, Kentucky on Thursday, September 1st, 2022. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Alan’s family.

Shannon “Stella” Pins, of Dubuque, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 20th, 2022, at her home surrounded by those she loved. Services will be on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church in Dubuque, IA. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. prior to the service. Private family burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery will take place at a later date.

Chrissy A. Mohr, age 44, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey suddenly on August 13, 2022, at home.  To honor Chrissy’s life, a private family Celebration of Life is being held.  Burial will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Chrissy’s family.

David M. “Dave” Stevens, age 79, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on August 16, 2022, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Dave’s life, a private family service will be held at in the Mueller Memorial Chapel at Linwood Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  Burial will be in the Linwood Cemetery.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dave’s family.

Cecil M. “Mike” McDowell, age 86, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on August 13, 2022, at home in the loving arms of his wife of 41 years.  To honor Mike’s life, a private family service is being held.  Burial will be in Huron, South Dakota at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mike’s family.

 Sandra S. Frederick, better known as Sandy Frederick, age 67, of Dubuque, IA. gained her angel wings on August 10, 2022, at 5:02 pm at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, IA. Sandy peacefully drew in her last breath while surrounded by her closest family.  A private family celebration is being held to honor Sandy.

Kayne P. Clancy-Lincicum, age 25, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on August 7, 2022.  To honor Kayne’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Mueller Memorial Chapel at Linwood Cemetery, 2736 Windsor Avenue in Dubuque, with Deacon Jim Luksetich officiating.  Family and friends of Kayne’s are invited to visit and fellowship from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the chapel prior to the service.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Kayne’s family.
