John R. “Taco” Presley, age 53, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on March 22, 2022, at UnityPoint-Finley Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.  To honor John’s life, a private family service will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving John’s family.

Robert C. “Bob” Bysiek, age 57, of Platteville, WI, completed his earthly journey on March 16, 2022.  To honor Bob’s life, a private family service will be held at a later date.  Per Bob’s wishes, his ashes will be buried at sea.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bob’s family and friends.

Carol A. Krueger, age 74, of Galena, IL, and Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on March 15, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Carol’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Carol’s family.

Gary R Fichtinger, age 71, of Hazel Green, WI, died peacefully on March 7, 2022, in his home surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Gary’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., in the River Front Pavilion at Eagle Point Park, 2601 Shiras Avenue in Dubuque, IA.

Geraldine Ann “Gerry” Anthony, age 88, of Galena, IL completed her earthly journey on March 3, 2022, at the Galena-Stauss Nursing Home, while surrounded by her loving family. To honor Gerry’s life, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., St. Walter Catholic Church, 130 W. Pine St., Roselle, IL, with Fr. Mario Quejadas officiating. For those who cannot be attendance, the mass will be live-streamed at https://www.stwalterchurch.com. Burial will be following the mass at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, 1185 W. Algonquin Rd. Palatine, IL.

Kenneth W. Hines, Sr., age 71 of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 28, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Ken’s life, a private family service is being held at Linwood Cemetery.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Ken’s family.

Howard J. Grobe, age 89, of Bernard, IA, completed his earthly journey on Feb. 18, 2022, at his home in Leisure Lake surrounded by loved ones.  To honor Howard’s life, a private family service for family and friends will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Howard’s family.

Pamela R. “Pam” Wachendorf, 64, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on Feb. 16, 2022, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Pam’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Eagle’s Club, 1175 Century Drive in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Pam’s family.

William T. “Bill” Oster, Jr., age 99, of Asbury, IA, completed his earthly journey on Feb. 6, 2022, at ManorCare in Dubuque, surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Bill’s life, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday,  Feb. 10, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., at Resurrection Catholic Church, 4300 Asbury Rd, in Dubuque, with Father Philip Agyei officiating.  Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  Entombment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bill’s family.

Thomas “Tom” and Sheryl “Sherry” Helling, of Dubuque, IA, completed their earthly journeys within hours of one another on January 31, 2022, at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. To honor Tom’s life, a memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Mt. Calvary Chapel, 1111 Davis Street in Dubuque, with Father James Chappell officiating. Keith B. Woodyard, age 68, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on January 26, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque.  To honor Keith’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m., at the Dog House Lounge, 1646 Asbury Road in Dubuque.  Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Keith’s family.

Belden, age 53, of Elkader, IA, completed her earthly journey on January 22, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Sharon’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the Garnavillo Community Center, 106 W. Eldon D. “Dave” Denlinger, age 79, of Dubuque, IA, sadly completed his earthly journey suddenly on Dec. 29, 2021, at home.  To honor Dave’s life, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at 11 am, at Resurrection Catholic Church, 4300 Asbury Rd, with Deacon Mike Ellis officiating.  Family and friends may visit from 9-11 am at the church.  Full military honors will be accorded by the Epworth American Legion, John White Post #650.  Burial will be in the Dunleith Cemetery in East Dubuque, IL, at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dave’s family.

Collin L. Pfeiler, age 60, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on Dec. 23, 2021, at Mercy Hospital, in the loving arms of his wife.  To honor Collin’s life, a private family service will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Collin’s family.

Michael R. “Mike” Zickuhr, age 58, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on December 20, 2021, at home.  To honor Michael’s life, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 3200 Asbury Road, Dubuque, with Pastor Calvin Konop officiating.  Family and friends of Michael are invited to visit beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church, and the family would appreciate it if all visitors would be kind enough to wear a mask on this day.  Burial will be in the Linwood Cemetery in Dubuque at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Michael’s family.
