Patrick M. Miller, age 70, of Peosta, IA, completed his earthly journey on October 28, 2024, at home, while surrounded by his loving family. To honor Patrick’s life, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Patrick’s family.
Patrick was born on February 3, 1954, in Peosta, IA, a son to William O. and Lorraine (Burds) Miller. He was a committed and stubborn man which comfortably led him right into being a salesman by trade. Patrick invested the majority of his working career with Karcher, Mi-T-M and ProPulse until his eventual retirement finally arrived. In his free-time, Patrick always enjoyed classic cars and whether he was working on them, looking at them, or even researching them, he rarely found one he couldn’t find a way to appreciate in one way or another. We are going to miss Patrick moving forward and pray for the Lord to bless and keep him until we all meet again.
Those left to cherish the memory of Patrick include,
his two sons,
Alex Miller, Dubuque, IA,
and William Miller, Dubuque, IA;
his grandchildren,
Weston, William, Madison, Charlotte and Katherine;
his siblings,
William (Carol) Miller, Dubuque, IA,
Michael (Sandy) Miller, Dubuque, IA,
John Miller, Dubuque, IA,
Madeline Schlarman, Dubuque, IA,
and Carol Hanfelt, Gilbert, AZ;
along with numerous extended family, friends, and neighbors.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter in infancy, Caroline Amelia Miller.
In lieu of flowers, a Patrick M. Miller memorial fund has been established.
Patrick’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Hospice of Dubuque for all of their professional and compassionate care.

Thinking of Pat!! Super Handsome when we were young and also when he grew older. A Kind and Fun Man. I hope God gets your sense of humor up in Heaven!! A Great Guy so I know you are there!!
I’m very sorry to hear of my old friend Pat passing away. Pat and I ran together throughout high school and beyond. We were inseparable for a long time. So many stories and great times we made together.
Trust me when I say there was only one Pat Miller. He will be sorely missed.
Very sorry for loss Alex and Will, and family.
Much love to Willie and Alex.
